Seattle & The Pacific Northwest

Though I wasn't born in Western Washington, it's always been my home. My parents met at the University of Washington, both my folks were born in Western Washington (dad in Seattle, mom in Yakima). Also, this was where my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins lived, it was where we traveled "home" for things like Christmas. Seattle always felt like home, and been referred to as "home".

I've lived several other places: Florida, Rhode Island, California, Oregon, Idaho, Virginia, San Miguel and Subic Bay in the Philipines, yet the greater Puget Sound region has been central to my life. My family settled into Lynnwood (just north of Seattle in Snohomish County) back in the 70s. I spent the early part of my adult years journeying the country, but I've really been in the area ever since.

I am something of an accidental and casual real estate agent, currently working for a construction company. I have a passion for sustainability, sustainable development and social justice. Economics exist within our ecosystem. We ignore that at our peril.
